Founder and Head of Sales Development
Curtis was born, raised, and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. He currently oversees all sales development operations for the organization. He started working in the sales development space in 2009, and works to ensure OppDrive’s reps implement best practices to help generate quality sales pipeline for customers.
WILLIAM MINCE
Director of Sales and Operations
William is a self-proclaimed music junkie with taste ranging from Elvis to underground hip hop. He’s also an avid wildlife and nature photographer, enjoys spending his off hours outdoors. Will currently heads up sales and business development for OppDrive, helping with both new customer acquisition and current customer retention.
CHELSEAY COOPER
Director of Business Development
Chelseay is a Texan native from Uvalde and she brings a wealth of experience to the team. She has a professional background in Sales, Human Resources, and managing political campaigns. She has been with the company since its inception, and as one of the founding employees, continues to help the company grow. Chelseay is a wife to Skyler, a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force, and a devoted mother to their three children: Olivia, Teagan, and Lilly. She enjoys reading, podcasts, crafting, and photography in her spare time.
ALEX COOPER
Sales Development Leader
Alex was born and raised Texan and enjoys craft beer, kayak fishing, disc golf, and playing original music locally here in San Antonio. His strong work ethic and wide range of interests help navigate through every challenge, and his background in communications and sales continuously proves to be a major asset in ensuring the success of every campaign he takes on. Alex likes to live by the motto “Be good to people for no reason.”
JUSTIN CLARK
Data and AI Research Manager
With a background as a medic in the military, Justin brings a unique blend of precision, dedication, and a deep sense of responsibility to his role as Data Manager at Oppdrive. For the past five years, he’s been an invaluable part of the team, drawing on his passion for technology—whether it’s gaming, electronics, or computers—to drive innovation and excellence. Outside of work, Justin is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife and four kids. When he’s not exploring the latest in tech, he enjoys unwinding with a craft beer or a fine whiskey.
