Introduction:
This Privacy Policy applies to OppDrive LLC’s (“OppDrive”) websites and associated digital media accounts owned and operated by OppDrive, including, but not limited to https://www.oppdrive.io. As referenced in this document, this website and all other OppDrive websites will be collectively referred to as the “Websites.” All services provided by, supported, or enabled by the Websites or performed by OppDrive will be collectively referred to as the “Services.”
OppDrive (“OppDrive”) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable law and general practices. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the types of information OppDrive collects about users of, and visitors to, OppDrive websites. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how such information is collected, used, and safeguarded to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting OppDrive’s site and using OppDrive’s Services.
OppDrive provides sales development services through its Websites and Services. OppDrive processes any data received by its customers and has no direct relationship, control, or ownership of the end user information, customer account data, or personal data it processes under an agreement with a customer. Customers are responsible for complying with any governing regulations or applicable laws that require providing notice or disclosure prior to transferring the data to OppDrive for business purposes. If you are an end user, third-party customer, or a sales target account of an OppDrive customer, you should review any additional privacy policy and terms of use agreements for that OppDrive customer. OppDrive is not responsible for the content or privacy policies/practices of non-OppDrive websites to which this website, or any other OppDrive website, may link.
Policy Regarding Children:
OppDrive Websites and Services are not designed for use by children under the age of 18. As such, OppDrive Websites are not directed at children under the age of 18 nor does OppDrive knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
What Data OppDrive Collects:
OppDrive may collect the following information:
Contact details such as, but not limited to, full name, business affiliations, phone number, email address, and mailing address.

How OppDrive Collects and Uses Data:
OppDrive provides products related to sales development and lead generation. OppDrive’s customers are generally the owners of the personal information collected from their accounts and independently decide what information to convey. OppDrive may collect information from third-party entities under the direction of OppDrive customers, but OppDrive shall have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it may receive and process.
OppDrive accesses and collects information that OppDrive customers, and potential customers, voluntarily give via email, internet form or other direct contact. OppDrive may use customer information to respond regarding the reason for contact. OppDrive will not sell this information to anyone. OppDrive may disclose information to its corporate affiliates and third parties to provide products and services to customers or related to products or services that customer has purchased from or contracted with OppDrive. Unless a customer opts out of such contact, OppDrive may contact customers via telephone, email, or text message in the future to tell past, current, or potential customers about OppDrive services, new products, changes to this privacy policy or to provide customers with informational newsletters.
OppDrive may access customer provided data for the purposes of providing or enhancing a service, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, responding to support issues, responding to a customer’s instructions, or as may be required by law.

Product-Related Information Collection:
OppDrive collects certain additional information in connection with your use of the Services and Website. For instance:
Account Set-Up and Access: Upon retaining OppDrive’s services, OppDrive collects business information from customers which may include information such as target account lists and customer account identification and profile information.
Web-based Services: Some of OppDrive’s web-based Services and the Website collect certain additional information, including: IP address, browser identifier, connection speed, domain, referring URL, and other browsing environment related information. The collection of this information enables OppDrive to provide a secure environment for the use of the Services and Website, to prepopulate forms, and provide internal statistical information about the use of Services and the Website.
Third-Party Products: OppDrive may use your business information to inform you of special discounts or offers from other companies (such as LinkedIn) that OppDrive has carefully selected and whose products and services may be of interest to you based upon your engagement with OppDrive.
Registrations: To access information on the Websites, a user may be required to register with OppDrive. During registration a user will be required to give identifying information (ex: name, email address, business affiliation, job title, etc.). This information may be used to contact you about the products and services displayed on the Website in which you have expressed interest.
Retention of Services: OppDrive requests information from you upon an agreement to retain OppDrive to provide Services to you. As part of this process you must provide contact information (ex: name and shipping address) and financial and/or payment information. All payment data is stored by contracted third party payment processors, and it is advised that you review their privacy policies. OppDrive uses the provided information solely for billing purposes. In the event there is difficulty in processing an order or invoice, OppDrive may use this information to contact you.
Email and Text Communications: Unsolicited emails and text communications for promotional purposes will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe should you decide to opt out of future promotional communications. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for processing a requested removal from OppDrive’s promotional communication list. OppDrive may also send notification emails about the Website and Services from time to time. Generally, you may not opt out of these communications as they are relevant to services and are not promotional in nature.
Services Data: Business information collected by OppDrive may include data provided by you while using the Services (“Services Data“). OppDrive will not access your Services Data except in performance of the Services. OppDrive will not provide your Services Data to any third-party or allow a third-party to access your Services Data except with your permission as part of the Services provided or to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order. If you decide to discontinue your use of the Services, then in such event your Services Data will be destroyed and removed, however archived copies may be retained as part of generally applicable back-up and disaster recovery practices and procedures.
Employment Applications: As part of OppDrive’s employee search process, OppDrive may collect personal information with respect to applicants. OppDrive collects employment and application data, such as: contact information; information in a resume or curriculum vitae or cover letter; details regarding the type of employment sought; information related to the applicant’s background, education, criminal record, credit history and similar data; information provided about or by your references or other third parties related to your employment history, skills, qualifications, or education; and, information related to previous applications or previous employment history with OppDrive. When permitted or required by law, OppDrive may collect information about an applicant’s race and ethnicity to report on diversity and inclusion statistics. OppDrive uses this information only for the following purposes: to identify and evaluate job applicants; to verify applicant information; to complete employment, education, background and reference checks; to communicate with applicants about the recruitment process; to comply with legal, regulatory, administrative, or other corporate requirements; and to analyze and improve the internal application and recruitment processes.
Cookies: OppDrive may place “cookies” on your computer by virtue of visiting the OppDrive websites. Cookies are digital information that is locally stored on your computer. This information is designed to enhance the convenience and streamline the use of the Websites. Your browser may permit the declination of cookies, but be advised that doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the Website.
Web Beacon: OppDrive may also utilize web beacons on the Websites. Web beacons link web pages to web servers, and may be used to transmit information collected through cookies back to the web server. The information collected may include general visit information such as your IP address, browser identifier and operating system used, date and time you access the websites, pages you visited, and referring address of any linked website. This data does not include personally identifying except to the extent that it may include your IP address.
Third-Party Analytics: OppDrive may also allow certain third-party analytics service providers to include cookies and web beacons on the Websites in order to retain and use the information received. Third-party service providers that collect this data on OppDrive’s behalf offer information about their data collection practices directly on their own websites which you can access here. The most common of these are Google Analytics which you can access here: http://www.google.com/analytics/.
How Long Does OppDrive Keep Your Data:
OppDrive may retain your information until contacted with a request to delete your information. Notwithstanding any such request, OppDrive may also may retain your information during the period of time needed for OppDrive to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
How Does OppDrive Protect Your Data:
OppDrive takes generally accepted best practice precautions to protect your information. The measures taken vary based on the sensitivity of the information that OppDrive collects, processes, stores, as well as attempting to use the most up to date technology where available. However, no website or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure and OppDrive cannot guarantee fully against any and all unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or data breaches.
When OppDrive Shares Data:
Unless you give OppDrive your permission, OppDrive does not share data collected from you with third-parties, except as described below:
Third-party service providers or consultants: OppDrive may share data with third-party service providers or consultants requiring access to the data to perform the Services. Such third-party shall only access or use customer data to provide Services and must provide reasonable assurances that they will appropriately safeguard the data in accordance with OppDrive’s procedures.
Compliance with Laws: OppDrive may disclose your data to a third party if (i) there is reasonable belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request; (ii) to enforce any agreements and policies; (iii) to protect the security or integrity of OppDrive; or (iv) to protect other customers or the public from harm or illegal activities. If OppDrive is required by law to disclose any data that directly identifies you, then OppDrive will use reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of such disclosure requirement unless prohibited from doing so by statute, subpoena, or court or administrative order.
Business transfers: If OppDrive experiences a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, data gathered may be part of the assets transferred or shared in connection with due diligence for any such transaction. Any successor entity of OppDrive may continue to use such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Cross-Border Transfers of Data:
OppDrive’s headquarters are in Texas, United States of America and as such, data may be transferred to the United States from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, or another country that requires legal protections for international data transfer. Personal data will be transferred to the United States only: to fulfill contractual obligations to you; with your consent; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of OppDrive in a manner that does not impeach on your rights and freedoms. OppDrive will make every effort to ensure the security and protection of the data transferred.
OppDrive is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data and adherence to Global Data Protection laws. OppDrive implements Standard Contractual Clauses to govern the transfer of data into the United States. California Privacy Rights:
Data Privacy Rights. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (“CCPA”), California residents have additional data privacy rights, including (i) the right to be notified about what personal information is collected about you, and our intended use and purpose for collecting your personal information, (ii) the right to know and access personal information OppDrive has collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you over the past twelve (12) months, including the categories of personal information OppDrive has collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for which your personal information was collected, used, disclosed, or sold, and the categories of third parties with whom OppDrive has shared your personal information, (iii) the right to request OppDrive to transfer, to the extent feasible, personal information in certain forms and formats, (iv) the right to request that OppDrive delete/erase your personal information under certain circumstances, and (v) the right not to be subject to discrimination for asserting your rights under the CCPA. The personal information OppDrive collects from you, the purposes for which it is used, the source of such personal information, and the parties to whom OppDrive shares your personal information is set forth in this Privacy Policy. To exercise any of the CCPA’s data privacy rights set forth herein, please contact OppDrive in accordance with the “How to Contact OppDrive” section listed below. If you would prefer, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA privacy request on your behalf. An authorized agent must be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
Privacy Request Verification Process. If you (or your authorized agent) make any request related to your personal information under the CCPA, OppDrive will ascertain your identity (and the identity of the authorized agent, to the extent applicable) to the degree of certainty required or permitted under the law before addressing your request. OppDrive will, to the extent required or permitted by law, require you (or your authorized agent) to verify your request via email or other means and match at least two or three pieces of personal information OppDrive has previously collected from you before granting you access to, or erasing, specific pieces or categories of personal information, or otherwise responding to your request. OppDrive may require written documentation that demonstrates a third party is authorized to serve as your agent for the purposes of submitting the requests set forth herein, unless you have provided the authorized agent with power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code §§ 4121 to 4130. Opt-Out Rights / Do Not Sell My Personal Information. California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. OppDrive does not sell your personal information.
Privacy Rights:
OppDrive is a service provider to customers and the data in OppDrive systems is owned by such customers, and consequently any end-user data subject request should be submitted directly to the customer. If you have additional requests, please contact the relevant customer directly.
In compliance with Global Data Protection laws and general practices, OppDrive provides its customers with specific additional rights as described below:
request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information about you
request that OppDrive correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you;
request deletion of personal information about you;
request restrictions, temporarily or permanently, on processing of some or all personal information about you; and
opt-out or object to OppDrive’s use of personal information about you.
If you are an OppDrive Customer, who wishes to exercise a right as set forth above, please contact privacy@oppdrive.io. All requests will be processed and responded to per applicable regulation. You have the right to revoke consent to collect private information at any time, but please be advised that by revoking consent you may lose access to Services.
If you are not a OppDrive customer and rather a user or target account of a customer of OppDrive’s Services, please contact that customer directly.
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
OppDrive may update this privacy statement when deemed advisable or in response to: (i) editing required or recommended by customers, regulators, internal direction, or other stakeholders; (ii) changes in OppDrive’s Services or Websites necessitating updates to this Privacy Policy; or (iii) changes in OppDrive’s business activities or internal policies. OppDrive encourages you to periodically review this privacy statement to learn how OppDrive is protecting your information.
